I have had a very unfortunate experience with Nelsen's Home Solutions where I hired them for a small painting job in late 2008. I gave Chris $100 to cover materials and time, plus the keys to my apartment - and then I never heard from him or his "associates" again. When the time came for the paint job to be done I received a call from his wife informing me that his Mother had passed away. Naturally I told her for him to get back to me when things had settled down a bit...but then a month went by and I made a call to find out where things stood. No reply. I called again about 2 weeks later, still no reply.

I called a few more times over a 2 month period, still no reply. I had a good friend call them posing as a possible new client and he left a message. Within 10 minutes Chris' wife called him back. My friend handed me the phone and apparently Chris was working on a job in Madison. I told her that I was very concerned that they were not going to follow through with the job and she assured me that everything would be ok. I have yet to hear from them and it is now almost 4 months after I gave them $100 and the keys to my apartment. Not only that, but I travel a lot for business and have not had a lot of time to unpack completely from my recent move. One time I came back from a trip and I discovered that a crate that had about 40 CD's in it was missing. Go figure. ...He poses as this humble Christian....yeah, right.

Did a great job, used them for interior and exterior painting. Also used them for a few extra jobs. reasonable prices and honest. will recommend to friends.
