Steve came out and did a great job fixing our AC. My house was registering 87 and we slept like garbage last night. I feel a good nights sleep coming tonight!

Thank you for sending 2 gentleman (Phil + Todd) to my home to repair plumbing problems. They were the best "workmen" that I have ever had come to my home!

I want to let Troy know that Eric and Mike H. are phenomenal. They did a wonderful job.

Contractor was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. He was unwilling to physically look at the unit on the roof without me agreeing to pay almost $725 for them to add some refrigerant to my AC Unit. Paying that much to add a small amount of refrigerant is INSANE and equal to HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I had another tech from Select Comfort Systems come out and look at everything and he found out that my unit didn't need any refrigerant added, but just a small modification to air flow in order to work properly, which was easy and cheap. I will NOT BE CALLING NEERINGS for ANYTHING in the future.

I want to thank Ian for the help he gave me with my A/C. I will highly recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thanks

I have worked with Neerings for about 10 years now and they are the only company that I will call when it comes to plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

I had a leaking supply pipe under my house. Called on a Saturday morning at 6:30 was told they would give my info to the tech then he would call me. At 9:30 office called and said tech was busy and did I want them to put me on the urgent service list, I said yes. I never heard from them again. Called another plumber to come and fix.

I am glad that the technicians were able to get along with our dog!

I would highly recommend Neerings for your plumbing needs. I have a service contract with them and they come out twice a year to service my heating and ac unit. Today when Steve came out for my spring service he noticed the water pressure was high and made some suggestions to correct the problem, I went with his suggestions. Steve did a great job he was quick and very thorough and kept his work area clean. We have been dealing with Neerings for a few years and think they do a great job and pricing seems to be fair. Thanks again Steve for preventing a future disaster!

Thank you very much for all the work and efficient work. We are enjoying the warmth. The upstairs apt is Toasty.. We have never had the furnace working properly (1990). This is unbelievable. I hated this home until now. Thank you.

Neerings is a bit more than some companies, but they give quality work. I would much rather pay a little bit more for something that is going to last a long time, than something that is put in poorly and is cheap quality.

Neerings seems very expensive for undesirable results. I'll use Superior Water next time. I hired Neerings to fix a drinking-water faucet that leaked inside the faucet and around the base, and to fix a toilet that was clogged. The water faucet was a simple, on/off cold-water-only generic faucet for reverse osmosis drinking water. Neerings sent their plumber Jeff who has 21 years experience, and he came, and went away with the faucet not fixed at all, and the toilet only partially cleared, and a $383 bill for the visit with an astronomical quote to return and do better.Jeff charged me $143 to diagnose the leaky faucet. Seems like it should have been more like $43 or even $80, not $143. He tried to take it apart but could not. I asked how much to replace it. He doesn't have a replacement, and would call around the county. He made his calls in his truck and returned and said he found a vendor that sells a compatible one for $308. So with him I would be at least $143+$380 to fix a leaky faucet. Instead, it's $143 to have my faucet now exactly as it was before he came. I understand expensive plumbers if the problem at least gets fixed.$280 to run a plumber-snake through my toilet ("auger"). The toilet can now flush, but he said he still felt something inside, that his snake could not dislodge; so the toilet could easily get clogged again any time. Really? $280 to ram a snake through the toilet for less than five minutes? Not more like $80, and then the extra cost can go to other/different work of removign the toilet? I didn't want it to still have a problem when he finished, so I asked how much to really fix it. He said that for $385 he could remove the toilet, look inside and maybe fix what's there (likely debris left by the original construction), and then replace it. That cost is the price of some new toilets! Else I could buy a new no-clog bigger-pipe toilet on my own (to be an upgrade to what I have), and he would install that toilet for $580 with no guarantee, or pay them $1349 to install a similar toilet with a guarantee.After Jeff left, I called Superior Water. They installed my R/O system and faucet originally. The woman on the phone (not even a plumber) found my account in their system, and said the type of faucet I have is made to be replaced (not fixed). They said I have a $90 generic faucet and could replace with the same, or a $200 upgrade to a Thompson name-brand for higher quality, plus $80 for installation. I booked the appointment with Superior Water.Why didn't Jeff from Neerings, with his 21 years experience, not know on sight that this type of faucet cannot be opened and could be replaced with a $90 part? Seems like I should have paid him at most $180 for his visit, and not $383.

Jason did a wonderful job. He replaced our sink with an new one that wasn't ugly. He deserves a lot of good things ,like a new car. He's the man!

Thank God for Neerings and Pete (their technician)! My water heater had started a huge leaking problem. Pete was at my door within 15 mins and went right to work. Even though the leak make a large mess, Pete did the work to repair my water heater and clean up all the mess. Thank you Neerings!

Neerings Plumbing responded to a call from me after my daughter called to let me know that our laundry room had flooded after she had washed off the deck with the garden hose. It had turned out that the line to the faucet had ruptured and the minute she turned on the water, the flood began. Justin was the plumber that came out and in a matter of minutes he had assessed the damage, went to his truck to get the tools and parts and fixed it then and there. I was ecstatic! He was fast, friendly, thorough and very clean! He left everything in a better condition than when he came in. I highly recommend Neerings for any plumbing need!

We needed some help with our gas fireplace. Our technician came early and was very helpful. He also helped out with our furnace before winter comes. He was so helpful, clean, courteous and thoughtful. I was also impressed with how quickly Neerings called us back and set up an appointment. It is by far the fastest, cleanest and most competent service, communication and education I have ever had with any kind of repair service. I will definitely call on them for my repairs!
