The receptionist was rude right off the bat! I called to ask "general" questions about their towing and storing fees, because my car was repossessed. . She told me they were closed today (major attitude) and only taking emergency calls, well if you are closed then why are you answering the phone? doesn't make sense to me. Secondly she said my car wasn't an emergency, well lady you don't know that first off, and 3rd I wasn't calling to collect my car today. I just had general questions you refused to answer! I was just wanting an idea of costs so I can plan to come get my damn car from you! attitude right off the bat, so that ended in a heated argument because I'm sick of companies talking to me like shit, because my car was repossessed doesn't mean I deserve that, that's not good customer service/business practices, she extended to tell me something about a CAP and I don't know what that is, I've never had this happen before!! refused to talk to me after that! hours of operation are a joke on the voicemail, cant get car on the weekends, u have to give a notice and that is not convenient business hours for the working people. this place is horrible! I will never recommend it to ANYONE! id rather push my car!!

Title speaks enough. People who run these companies make money off of others misery.
