Literally ALL of the tiles are on a different level and do not match the tiles next to them. Most of the tiles are unleveled on all 4 corners, some raising a quarter of an inch. He spent 4 extra cartons of tiles to try to cover his incompetency without effect.

He removed the tiles from the guest bathroom without closing the doors; the entire house was covered in cement.

We had bought the shower enclosure before the remodeling begins. Gary built the shower pan absolutely disproportional, instead of 36x44 he built it 38x42; our shower enclosure was 2 in smaller, so unusable; we had to buy a new one twice the price.

We noticed a weird smell and the bamboo floor began twisting in the Master bedroom. We removed the floor. Our bedroom floor was covered in sewer water. He did not put the toilet correctly on the wax ring so it was leaking under the tiles! We have to change the entire floor.

My husband texted him; Gary said that he was released from the project so refused to work with us.
