I had my (new to me) antique piano tuned by Ron Musgrave. He did a fine job! It sounded great to me, but he pointed out how it could sound even better. You see the keys had sunk down over the years and needed to be raised. So he increased key dip. That's what the procedure is called. Fascinating to watch him work. He's got a tool that they don't even make anymore. Well I could tell It was gonna sound different, but Oh My Goodness!!! It was MAGNIFICENT! It sounds like a new piano! My old antique piano sounds like new! I am beyond the moon with my new piano! So happy! Thank you Ron!

Ron is an expert at his job and truely seems to enjoy what he does. He is methodical and thorough not to mention honest and reliable! His prices are very reasonable and he even showed up on a Sunday to accommodate my scheduel. It is so rare to find someone like this thease days.

Ron was polite, professional, kind and very experienced. We enjoyed his company while he tuned our piano. We will definitely be calling him again for any piano problems. Highly recommended!!!!!

His work was good but he was late by ten min so I'm giving three star otherwise four :)

I'm very satisfied! Not only was he on time and friendly but he also tuned my piano in a little under an hour piano sounded great and h fixed my sustain pedal for free I defiantly recommend to anyone looking for more than the bare minimum!!
