My roof was old but I was putting off replacing it for as long as I could. Well it started leaking and I had no choice but to replace it. I called around and received estimates from multiple places. Mr. Roof seemed to offer more and was much less expensive. The salesman, Brian, brought other areas to my attention that would need to be fixed soon, which was very helpful.

The entire roof was stripped, new venting added, and re-shingled in a day. The end product was amazing. The roof looks great, all the plants were protected and the yard was spotless afterward. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof for anyone looking for a company to do their roof.

We had a very good experience with Mr. Roof. It was a very extensive quote (could have been shorter). On installation day, the crew was here on time. They did a great job, and a very thorough clean-up.

We used Mr. Roof for new siding an gutters. We had numerous quotes, and were very delighted when Mr. Roof submitted theirs. The salesman answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything that would be done. The job was done quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them in the future!

We are very pleased with every aspect of getting a new roof from Mr. Roof. No high pressure sales person, just friendly and willing to take the time to answer all our questions. He explained our options thoroughly.
The roofing crew did an excellent job, and they finished in one day. They did a thorough cleanup.
What really impressed me was that a few days after the roof was finished an inspector showed up to make sure the roof was done right. He set up a ladder and got up on the roof to examine the roof. He asked if I was happy with the roof job and did I have any concerns.

Started in November 2017, we were thinking everything was ok, but they did the roof, did not come back and finish gutters etc in the 3 days stated. Actually after multiple phone calls they finally finished in Jan 2018! Then the contract price changed 3 times? Even a contract appeared that wasn't signed or agreed to by any means. Finally after documenting everything and forwarding it to Mr Roof accounting dept, we received a letter from their controller apologizing and stating we owed nothing further. Sadly they handled customer service horribly up front and some attempted to tack on an extra $1,640. Instead of immediately realizing their error. No sign in our yard and a good word from the customer behind it! That didn't seem important to them what so ever. Be very cautious using them. If you do I would advise documenting everything and maybe even taping your conversations with the salesman up front.

From the salesman to the crew the whole process was great. The salesman was not pushy and gave us time to make a decision. The crew was professional, friendly and did a great job!

Mr. Roof went up and above expectations. We are now going to get an estimate for our gutters and downspouts. Then, we are going to ask for an estimate on insulation for the attic. Mr. Roof has customer satisfaction, nailed. lol

I am very pleased with my new roof. I appreciated having a rep come to my house to check my old roof and then explain thoroughly all of the options. The crew was amazing—pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Roof!

We are very happy with our new roof from Mr. Roof. Our salesman, George, showed up on time and gave us a great quote. He was also very helpful with picking out just the right color of shingle (I was very indecisive). The crew that installed our roof was fast and efficient. The whole thing was done in one day. Clean up was wonderful. No nails or old shingles were left behind. I would recommend and use Mr. Roof again.

The first of all, I would never use or recommend this company to you. Due to the heavy wind damage to our roof shingle, our insurance company agrees to pay the work for replacing with new roof. When I first contacted the Mr. Roof's estimator/sales, Matt Phillips, this guy made a lot of verbal promise and brag the product he was trying to sell to me, including discount insurance deductible, the time commitment to the installation work, the pre-tarp of the weak spot before the work starts, selling me so called "Rubber shingle' which had not been accepted by the roof industry as standard and a roof solar fan installation which he claim will have 5-8 degree temperature lower in the attic during the summer, but in reality it never function as what he claimed. Now they are fighting for the cost of pre-tarp work which they supposed to cover due to their delaying for the new roof installation and cost of solar fan installation which I have asked them to remove it and credit me back. A lot of hidden and vague wording buried in the contract and so called lifetime warranty (turned out to be 10 year limited warranty) will become legal issue in the future. Again please be very cautious if you really have to deal with this company which I strongly discourage you.

Had my new roof installed only one week after signing the contact with Mr Roof. They showed up at 7 am and had the entire job completed by 1 pm. Very pleased with both the work completed and the workers who completed the job.

Professional, timely and high quality work all around! Competitive prices, informative salesperson, and clean up was very, very detailed. They even finished the job in one day and better yet, three weeks before they said they would!! Highly recommend!
