Mr. Tom was awesome.. found the problem right away fix it and didn’t rip us off.. will spread the word how quick and professional he and they where on the phone., we have there card and number for future calls and will call in fall for check on furnace.. Provided by YP.comMr. Furnace came out to fix our air conditioning. They were fast getting to us, reasonably priced and the serviceman was very knowledgeable and did not do any work until we approved it. Would DEFINITELY use them again!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThey misquoted me a price over the phone (69.00 coupon)only to get to my house and jack price up! When I called office about this switch/trick the rep tried to make it me the customers fault and a "new" sales reps fault! Then told me i supposedly misled them on what services i requested! ....really?!?!? Be careful!

After 30 years of outstanding customer service we value all concerns and feedback and will work diligently to regain your trust. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding in our coupon. The coupon clearly states that with the $69.95 Furnace Tune Up Special that the furnace must be operating correctly at that time. Unfortunately some customers take this coupon as a furnace repair, which is not the case. If the furnace needs to be repaired it reverts back to a standard Service Call of $59.00 and customer will be quoted for repairs needed. Respectfully, Tony Contrera, Owner of Mr. Furnace
