We have used Mountain States for a wide vairety of asphalt and concrete projects over the last several years ranging from full driveway replacement (for a retail center) to concrete work to patch fill. Regardless of any of our projects' scope, the Mtn States team has not only been very responsive and customer service-oriented, but they've frequently gone the extra mile to explain and evalaute each of the cost components of their bid such that we could make a long-term decision relating to overall cost and benefits of decisions we make in each project. Basically, they just don't bid low to win the job, then "renegoatie" changes into the poject. Rather, they provide the most cost effective service over the long-haul. Frankly, we would like to see this type of approach and responsiveness from all of our contractors.
