For our move from Indiana to Sarasota, we contracted Morse Moving (an Allied agent). To start off, they indicated they would call us 30 days and a week in advance of the move to make sure all details were in order. They didn't call us, we had to call them on both occasions. They were to call us 24 hours in advance to arrange a time. It was not until 7:00 p.m. did we receive any call from them, after calling them 3 different times to get an answer.



The picked up our household on July 1, with a delivery date of July 7-12. Meanwhile, we find out their truck broke down to pick up our goods from the warehouse. They have ZERO contingency! They still say they'll meet the 12th.

Today is the 12th! After our efforts to get more details, they EMAIL me telling me it's going to be July 17.

You think that's the end of this story? Just a few minutes ago, I get another EMAIL stating they didn't get all our goods on one trailer. When will we get this truck? DO NOT USE THEM!
