We just had carpet installed last week in our living room, dining room hallway and stairs. This was a replacement for the carpet we had done by Molyneaux about 10 years ago. Candace our sales person was very good and listened to our concerns and was considerate of our time line. She measured the rooms and was able to have the installers put the pieces of carpet that was needed to be pieced together off to the sides of the room to avoid the main walking area of the carpet. The only issues we have are with the installation of the carpet around our stairs birdcage of the railing and the cleanup could have been more thorough. I called Candace about the stairs birdcage installation and she put a work order in to correct this issue. We are currently waiting for a call from Molyneaux to schedule the fix for our stairs.

No wonder Molyneaux has those nice ads, the customers pays for it. I almost had a heart attack in the store when they gave me the price of installation for TWO rooms.

We had a great experience with Molyneaux. Our sales person Jeff was amazing. He made the process of picking carpet and flooring really easy and was able to answer all our questions. He really helped pick out the correct colors as well. The installers for both the floors and carpet were amazing as well. They were on time, polite, did a a great job and cleaned up every last bit of dust and dirt they left. During all of the installations days, someone from Molyneaux stopped by to check out how it was going. Jeff came by to make sure it looked it looked good and we were satisfied. I can honestly say other companies I have used in the past did not do that. I would 100% recommend Jeff and Molyneaux to anyone looking for flooring.

Molyneaux has very satisfactorily completed three flooring projects in my home over the past 20 years. Molyneaux installed ceramic tile on a diagonal in a very large (16 X 24) kitchen and breakfast nook area extending into a hallway. The work has withheld the test of time and is as nice today as it was 20 years ago. We recently had carpeting (with a pattern) installed in a 16 X 24 family room (with several seams) that is breathtaking. We also recently had a new tile floor installed in a fifty year old bathroom that both appears to be original to the house and at the same time looks brand new. I would recommend Molyneaux to a friend.
