Our experience was wonderful. Candace was our at-home consultant and she was great. Very informative, responsive and accommodating. She provided many options with good information about each option. She even came out a second time to review all of our choices just to ensure that we were happy with the final selection.



The installation went incredibly well. They called to schedule the installation and walked us through everything we needed to do. It was great as well that the carpet came in early and they called to move up our install date if it worked for our schedule. On the day of the install, the crew called that morning to let us know exactly when they would arrive. It was a large area and we expected it to take two days, but the crew was so great they finished it all the first day. They were professional and courteous and left everything neat and ready to go when they finished. I really can't say enough about that aspect as it was incredibly smooth and the outcome was great. Beautiful carpet!



Candace even called two weeks later to check in and see if everything went well and if we were happy with the final product. Great customer service. This was a great experience and I would use them again!

I opted for the shop at home feature and free estimate because it was much easier than dragging 2 small children to hang out in a flooring store for hours while I made up my mind. Cindy Benson was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was very accommodating to my needs in regards to price and product. I have 5 cats, a dog, and 2 small children so I wanted something that would withstand a lot of "messes". She provided excellent recommendations in several different price points for me to chose from and 6 months late I am still so happy with my choice. I also had a competitor come in and give me a quote as well. The quote was very high and the quality of product seems no where near the quality of product offered by Molyneaux. The installers were very quick and efficient and were very courteous to my family and I throughout the installation process. We only had to remove the breakable and electronic items from the room and did not have to remove the old carpeting which was a plus because a lot of flooring companies will charge you extra or will not move any of your belongings at all. I highly recommend Molyneaux for all your flooring needs.

I just had beautiful flooring installed in the entire ground level of my home. I purchased it from Tim Clark at Molyneaux in Verona. Since I had had excellent dealing with him and the company 2 times before, I wasn't at all surprised when the job was done in my new home. I purchased carpet for my family room recently. The salesman Frank Alberts was very helpful. Coming to our home with samples made the process of choosing the right color simple. I called the store and had a salesguy come over to my house about a month ago. I forget his name, but he was really professional and answered all my questions about carpet. A couple days before he came I had a guy from Empire come out to give me a quote on the livingroom, diningroom, stairs, and hall too. The Molyneaux quote was a little bit more, but that guy from Empire didn't know half as much and didn't really seem professional either. I ended up going with Molyneaux. The installers Tony and Jeff were really nice guys. They came in and got right to work! They moved my furniture, took out all the old carpet, put in new padding, installed the new carpet, and moved the furniture back all in one day! Everything looks great, I'm happy I went with Molyneaux.
