Modern’s HomeCare Green Program starts with an in-home evaluation to determine the type of pests present and the extent of your current infestation. Through the evaluation we design a custom treatment approach for your particular pest problem, avoiding random applications of pesticides. First, we work to create an exterior barrier around your home to prevent pests from entering in the first place. Then, utilizing non-chemical monitors, we identify pest “hot spots” and treat pest activity accordingly. Lastly, we focus on prevention. During the inspection, a detailed graph is created noting current termite activity, amount of damage and conditions that may be conducive for future activity. Modern provides a complete HomeCare Termite solution with carefully targeted treatments designed to quickly suppress localized termite activity and protect vulnerable areas around the home through our T-Force Advanced Termite Baiting & Monitoring System. T-Force Advanced Termite Baits are installed in the soil around the perimeter of your home, leaving the interior of your home chemical free.
