Hi my name is ADRI REYES I am Gabriel's MOTHER I had sent my son to this gentle mans house on 1020 ONIEDA, I had seen on his truck he was mobile furniture an windshield repair BUISNESS SO I TOOK THE TIME LAST MONTH TO DO MY WINSHIELD ON MY HONDA AN TOOK THE CAR TO HIS PLACE, I RANG THE DOOR BELL AN I WAS GREETED REAL NICELY BY THIS GENTLEMAN ,,I ASKED HIM HIS NAME HE TOLD ME JOHN SO I PROCEEDED TO ASK HIM IF HE COULD FIX MY WINSHIELD I WAS SO HAPPY I FOUND SOMEONE WHO KNEW ABOUT WINSHIELDS, GREAT PERSON GREAT PERSONALITY AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE QUICK AN EASY """WOW"""���� COULDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER NOW I KNOW WHER TO TAKE MY CAR WHEN I HAVE A CHIP IN MY WINDOW THANKS "JOHN" GREAT WORK ����satisfactory,,, I ALSO WANTED TO POINT OUT HES ALSO EXPERINCED FURNITURE RESTORATION HES DOING A RESTORATION ON MY ANTIQUE DINING ROOM SET CURRENTLY CANT WAIT TO SEE IT WHEN ITS DONE , I just WANTED TO POINT OUT YOU CANT FIND REAL GOOD SERVICE LIKE HIS THANK U SO MUCH MOBILE FURNITURE & WINSHIELD REPAIR THANK U FOR UR LOYALTY AN GREAT SERVICE AMEN��������������������☺️

I am with a moving company. We have recently used this company. The gentleman was attentive in service. 4 star company for sure. Very reasonably priced. I deal with furniture repair firms all over the country - this one is one of the best one's I've dealt with!!!

I am here to stand up for my business and my services. First I wish to say, yes we have a one time service/trip charge. Which covers estimate, inspection, pick up and delivery . I wish I read the reviews before calling this "business".

I am going to echo Rene below...WOW!!! How does this guy make money? Whoever answered the phone (I am assuming the same jerk Rene mentioned below) obviously was not interested in gaining business. His attitude is AWFUL! He came off as if I was bothering him by asking him a question about HIS services. I told him I couldn't find a website for his business and he said "ok, what do you need?"...REALLY??? (He actually does have a website, but didn't bother to tell me what is was. I found it when I was looking for a way to write this review and it's not worth providing to you guys anyway...save your cybertime!) I told him I needed a chair repaired and he then told me about his $30 fee for "an estimate, pick up and delivery". I didn't understand, so I asked him to explain to me the purpose of the fee. He just repeated the same schpiele - estimate, pick up and delivery. I asked him if I had to pay him $30 just to come look at the chair and he said "okay ma'am, I understand, have a good day!" WHAT??? Talk about a tool! Not even if my chair had one leg, no seat and he had a free chair repair special would I call this thing!

Wow! First off, this person just answers the phone, "Hello?" as if it were a personal call-I thought maybe I dialed the wrong number. He doesn't sound AT ALL interested in gaining your business. He demands a $35 "trip fee." So I asked if he could just check out before I had to pay anything and he just hung up. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME CALLING THIS GUY.

I don't recommend going or calling there. Their customer service is poor and rude.
