This company was unable to repair my furnace issue, and in the process mis-wired the unite and cost me more money to have their mistakes repaired. The owner (Scott Kenyon), after multiple visits and multiple charges (spanning 2 months), finally told me "we don't really work on a lot of electric furnaces" (which make up about half of the units on the market). Then he attempted to dismiss the problem by telling me I didn't understand how a heat pump worked and that the obvious issues with the unit were normal. During the last visit, Kenyon ran over my gate post and left without saying a word. I called his mobile phone and the office every day for a week and never got a return call. That matter has been turned over to the Sheriff's Department. This company is basically one person, Scott Kenyon, who is an inept HVAC tech in the first place, and a couple of relatives managing his office.
