Crook! They overcharge for towing. Then will try to hold your car hostage from the insurance. They will steal your money out of your car as well. Only accepts cash so he doesn't have to pay taxes! Do not use this guy! I hope Karma gets him!

This guy will act like your best friend! He seems like a cool nice old country guy. When in actuality he is trying to scam people and the insurance companies. Told me it would be over $225 to tow a vehicle less than a mile away from where Mitch's Tow is! Then told my father it would be over $440 on the very next phone call and that he would not take check or credit cards..... CASH ONLY!!! This is shady and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Call someone else if you want a fair price and not ripped off! He will up the bill and hold your car hostage! I have already called the Kanawha Country Commissioner, Attorney General, and Metro 911 to make a formal complaint!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY he is a JOKE!!!!!

Towed me when I wrecked. Very friendly. Made sure insurance didn't take my car until we settled on a price.

This place is a joke. They are running scams.. Towing cars charging outrageously high bills keeping cars. They have already been turned into the public service commission numorous times and made to pay back money and return cars. Don't give in to him.. Report him
