We got the move-out cleaning, and it looked absolutely spotless once they were finished. Let's be honest, between the kids and the golden retriever, the house was in awful condition. They did an immaculate job. I was truly stunned. Our toilet was gross from a plumbing issue, and they cleaned it all out. They swept out dirty garage out, disinfected and polished everything, vaccuumed, swept, mopped, dusted, cleaned baseboards, microwave, oven, just everything. The woman I spoke to on the phone (I believe she was the manager) seriously gave the best customer service I've ever had. She treated me with the utmost respect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was actually really inexpensive too! I was very surprised with the low cost, especially after seeing the job done. Endless thanks to y'all.

Wow. This is all I can say about Mindy Maids. They really saved me when I was in a bind. I had my girlfriend's parents take an imprompt trip to visit and I needed a deep clean quick. Within a day, I got an estimate, made a reservation, and got a deep clean with the friendliest team ever. They were extremely pleasant as they assured me that the place would be spotless by the time I came back from the gym, and they were right! I would recommend them to anyone that needs weekly cleanings, or that emergency deep clean like I did.

We are now regular Mindy Maids clients. We have a 3,200 sqft house on Ocean Drive. When it comes to cleaning, our home is very time consuming to clean because of its size. We were fed up with mediocre cleaning jobs performed by some other cleaning companies that didn't seem to have the necessary experience, so we tapped into the internet reviews to find some real deal cleaning. They are absolutely your go to cleaners if you are looking for a professional and diligent cleaning service, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a detailed service. Also, customer service is fabulous - they show up on time and with a smile!

Mindy Maids is a dream company. They are prompt, thorough, and their website is incredibly user friendly to work with. The CEO is an amazingly ethical and moral business woman which makes it even more rewarding to support the company. I love that they bring their own products and you can't beat their rates. Customer Service is the best i've ever experiences and all of their cleaners are excellent. I've used them for both business and personally, and I highly recommend them!

We just hired Mindy maid to clean a rental house. We had to have them back three times to get it right and it's still not very good. They charged us an outrageous amount of money, and the work was very poor. I expected for a cost of over $700 to have a very clean house. The cabinets were not wiped down, the oven top was not cleaned, there was dust everywhere, and they didn't even wipe down the door jambs. To top it all off Ms. Mindy yelled and screamed and made threats on the last visit. I think she thought we were going to rip her off, but we are not that kind of people. My recommendation is to never call them or give them the opportunity to raise your blood pressure. Besides being poor house cleaners, she was extremely unprofessional. She did have one employee that was accommodating and professional. Hats off to that one woman, hope she gets an opportunity to start her own business.

Mindy maids and her Angels came into my home and did a top to bottom cleaning, did my windows in and out, organized my closets, I will highly recommend them and I will continue to use them on a weekly basis. Mindy has also done pet sitting for my two dogs they are very reliable responsible trustworthy people. I will also have them cleaning my law firm on a biweekly basis, keep up the good works so again I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!!

These ladies are beyond wonderful! They did an amazing job, and on short notice as well. Tammy,Trisha and Mindy thank you again! Worth every single penny!!

These people know how to do detailed cleaning! I am very pleased with their service. I have a large house and I called Mindy Maids for a deep cleaning. After talking to Mindy we agreed to have 2 of their people come and clean. I really like it to be done right, baseboards, cobwebs, fans, bathrooms etc.. Well the crew came in here and worked like champions for the entire time they were here and I can't believe how nice my house looks now! I am so pleased with the result, this place is spotless! I have learned a good lesson here, and that is you get what you pay for. In the past I have hired other cleaning services that lowballed the price and needless to say was so disappointed. I am glad I went with what Mindy recommended, they really did need that much time for my house and it was worth it! Way to go Mindy Maids ..you guys are wonderful and I will use you again! Thanks for all of your hard work!

So happy with their service! My apartment looks and smells great, and they were able to come out the day I called. I was so delighted with the results, I had them out the next to to clean the carpets AND signed up for biweekly maid service. I highly recommend Mindy Maids.

These ladies have become my favorite people! In all seriousness, Mindy and her team do an amazing and very thorough job; they are complete professionals; and they are delightful and adorable ladies! I give them 100 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone.



May 14 update: Referral is the finest compliment, and I was proud to refer Mindy Maids to my neighbor last week. Once again, the ladies did a STELLAR job!!



April 8 update: Once again, a perfect 10. This is the BEST service in the business. I am trying to see if you have a franchise in Columbia because my friends who live there (and visited during your service) were BLOWN AWAY! Thanks for giving me some free time to spend with my 3 children!!

January 12 update: The ladies did another super job! The house was spotless as usual, and they were courteous, on-time and professional.

I Have Had Mindy Maids Cleaning My Home And Business For 5 years And I Am Very Pleased With Their Services They Provide Me With. Mindy Is A Honest & Loyal Person And Does What She Says What She Is Going To Do Don't Think She Would Still Be In Business If She Was Dishonest. I Wish Her Nothing But The Best And Continue The Quality Of Work She Provides. You Can Not Always Please Everybody But She Definitely Out Shined Her Competitors. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I only wish that I would have thought to stop payment on my check when I used Mindy. It was a horrific experience and I can't believe they have not had the pants sued off of them by now. I could write a small novel on all that was wrong but the single most disgusting thing I will never forget is the way our home smelled when they left. Oh my gosh, it was unbelievably gross and took weeks to reverse the odor caused by their gross, germ infested mop. I asked they use my mop and not the one used in every place they clean. Mindy and her hired help apparently did not want to use mine and when I came back into our home it smelled of about 30 wet dogs and moldy water. We were leaving on an out of town trip and when we returned we literally had to open the windows and Clorox and disinfect every tile floor. Not to mention the smell on our floor rugs that were contaminated with the filthy odor. I would not recommend them to even the humane society.....the pets there deserve better.

Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this service. I am disabled and need help cleaning my home. After paying her service a large amount of money plus conning me into paying her for 1 month of weekly cleaning service in advance she left with my money, left me with a dirty house and is not answering my calls. Also, I paid her to do laundry, and she returned 2 days later after having left most of the dirty laundry here. Lastly, the service stole my disability check, which had to be cancelled and re-issued. Overall, this service cost me almost 2000 dollars including having to wait on a disability check to be re-issued, and I still have a dirty house.

I can not even begin to mention all the things that were NOT done correctly or even at all when Mindy and her crew came to clean my home. Let's just say when I put a stop payment on her check the bank already knew who she was!!! Speaks for itself doesn't it?!!!
