Travis was on time, use booties in house to protect my floors and was very respectful of my privacy and space. Was knowledgeable and efficiently corrected the problem. Also provided teaching on unit. I am very pleased and have signed up for routine maintenance.

I work here. Because the last two reviews have bashed me pretty good I thought I should respond. I do sometimes get stressed and do not always handle customer service in the most professional manner - obviously. This isn't the norm though. Most of the customers here love me because I will go the extra mile for them. I will do my very best, especially in their emergency situations, to get them the help they need! We just did a HUGE new construction job and though it is not an excuse for rudeness there were some very stressful moments for me. I am a helper and when I cannot help someone I at times can become aggravated. So, if I was rude to you or you didn't find myself to be professional, I am sorry. Know that my customer's are very important to me and I love my job - at which I excel most days!

Receptionist sucks! Absolutely just caused you to lose on a big job that I was asking for help with. Needed help with a job that our company landed and wanted to reward a local company the business. Has to either be a family member or you have enough business and don't require extra income. I would be embarrassed if one of employees conducted themselves that way!

Owner, Dave Miller, comes across as a good, honest person. I rate plumbers a A-, very good guys. The receptionist is the weak link and has cost them my and my friends' business, as we no longer use them, it's just too much of a hassle. She is rude and basically incompetent- no communication or personal skills, so I am rating her a zero. Bob
