Dale was on time and knowledgeable. He serviced out chimney and did what he could with our dryer vent. Our dryer vent was initially installed incorrectly. He also gave us suggestions about how to correct the problem. He cleaned up after himself completely. Great experience!#Expert#Prompt

Terrible!! They don't repair or service fireplaces, although when setting the appointment he told me he does, Gave me a window between 9 and noon for our appointment, then called me at 1:45 to tell me he was running late. Then came to the property and didn't even notice where the chimney was and didn't know what I meant when I told him the "spark arrestor" was missing. I don't think he knows what that means! Then he complained that the chimney was too high and he doesn't replace chimney caps but he would do it for ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! I asked if he could make the fireplace functional for gas, ie install burner and logs..."Well, I don't do that, I'm only a chimney sweep, But when I reminded him that he TOLD ME HE SERVICED FIREPLACES, he suggested doing it for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Then had the gall to charge me $45.00 to do absolutely nothing but make me late for work...Don't let this person anywhere near your fireplace!
