Mike is a scammer. He was sub contracted by Sears to come and fix our dishwasher. When he FINALLY came out he ordered parts for it and told us to call when the parts came in. 3 days later we discovered that he had left a water valve turned to where it leaked and it completely ruined our kitchen floor. We called Sears and reported it so that they could get an insurance claim going. In the process of this Mike refused to come out and complete the repair when the parts came in. He also LIED to Sears and said that the faulty parts in the dishwasher caused the leak in the dishwasher and ruined the floor. Then when we continued to call Sears about the completion of the dishwasher repair he reported to Sears that he had already completed the repair. We still have a very noisy dishwasher and our floor has yet to be fixed. I would not recommend Mike to anyone if they expect at least mediocre service. He was very rude when Sears MADE him come out and complete the repair. Very unprofessional.

Mike did right by me. He fixed my fridge and washer both after I called sears. I was charged a reasonable amount and he was nice as well. I would recommend to anyone!!

never call this guy charged me 259.00 the first day was here 10 mins. said he would have to get a water pump I waited two weeks starting calling him several times a day after three days no return phone call after almost 10 days said it would be an extra 195.00 dollars to come out and part should be in the following week I told him hes crazy I called tnt appliance they charged me 45.00 and there was just a sock stuck in the water pump I called mike pamertar back and explained what happen told him I have a receipt and washer is working for at least 4 loads so far ask for part of money back I was willing to pay for a service call he hung up on me I called back several times and left messages he still has not returned my calls or refuned any part of my 259.00 this guy is a scam

Mike started the job of fixing my appliances and would not come out and finish the job. He took my money, $497.14, out of my account and would not give me back my money. He did not have time to come back out to fix my appliances he had to many other customers. After a little over two week of hearing bogus excuses, I had to fix my own appliances. I bought my parts and put them on in three days. I finally got half my money back from him, but it took 6 weeks to get it. He charged me $210.00 for coming out the first time and basically doing nothing for me. No one needs this kind of stress in their life. If you call Sears for a repair man, make sure they don't send out Mike Parmerter! Mike's service and repair is a bad business.
