Horrible business. Do not rent from mighty jump. They never called to confirm my rentals day before party so I had to call them and owner Robert gave my rentals to someone else. This company almost ruined my sons birthday party. Not apologetic or didn't offer me anything.

This place never showed up with a rental for my daughter's party. I called and they said they didn't know when they would be there. I found a place that came in last second. I would never use Mighty Jump rentals again ever, if they could receive zero stars I would have given them that.
