Doooooooooo not hire this shading guy or let him in ur house ....the buyers hired him for an inspection at my house he showed up early did some outside work. buyers told him some story that he felt sorry for them never entered my my house because i forgot to unlock the screen door. he told me that he entered my house then called me back 5 min later and said he lied he never entered my house at all !!!!the next thing i know my house fails inspection because of a crack in my driveway. this guy contacted me after being at my house only 30 and said the buyers dont want to buy your house anymore!!! Why is the inspector even calling me and telling me this !!!! THIS GUY IS SHADY EVEN THE BUYERS ARE SHADY !!! and i still have to give good faith money back because of the inspection what inspection.
