I am happy with your bat control services, and I thank you, you fixed the problem, but your accounting practices need improvement. My account was paid in full but I was turned to a collections agency because my deposit was not credited to my account. I was able to resolve the issue but never received an apology or an acknowledgment from the collections agency that the problem was resolved.. I am happy I no longer have bats (as far as I know).

Very knowledgeable and explained in easy terms what needed to be done and why. Everyone I had interactions with were very friendly.

Quality work, experienced, and priced fairly. The process was incredibly easy - MBC took care of everything behind the scenes w/o any interruption to my schedule. In my busy world of work and kids, that was a big deal to me.

Great guys. Fun to work with. The one way doors don’t even show! So far, no sign of any bats. Just one thing, they don’t send an invoice for the second payment. I was waiting for one and suddenly got an email saying my account was past due. We had tried to give our check to the guys when they came out to take the doors off. But they don’t take the payment. I was quite surprised my account was considered past due when I never even got a bill. I think it would be helpful for people if that part of the process could be tweaked but over all, this was a great experience. We also felt that the price was very fair. Less than what we were expecting!

It's been at least 6 months since we used your service. I was of the understanding that the exit tubes would be removed in a few weeks after you sealed up the entrance points. The exit tubes are still there!

I hired this company for my bat problem in my attic. The service was affordable and very reasonable on price for what you get. I am overall happy. The only issue I had was they said someone would come take out the bat door when they were in my area and that has not been done yet.

Overall you guys did great. Your scheduling could be a little frustrating as it was difficult sometimes. I'd adjust my schedule to accommodate and get an email the same day of the appointment that it was rescheduled, or it would be scheduled multiple times.

These guys were great to work with. Easy and very reliable.

I am very happy with the results of taking care of the bats in my garage. The workers got right to work and sealed off the area, cleaned the ceiling in the garage and I haven't see a bat in there since

All work needed completed as proposed in an efficient and professional manner.

Appreciated a thorough assessment of our situation and description of what actions would be taken. Decided not to proceed during bat hibernation season. Rebuilding upper chimney which should resolve issue.
