If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I called to see if Matt could work on my washer, basically to re-attach a filter tube inside of it and he told me not only that he wouldn't just do a "labor call," but refused to recommend to me anyone else who would. His advice was "None of us will come out to do anything like that for less than $100 bucks. Maybe call one of the smaller guys who don't advertise as much. I don't know what else to tell you." RUDE. Just plain rude. If you don't want to take my money, I won't give it to you. Simple as that. Call Bill Simms at Modern Home Appliance!

I would definitly recommend this company. I was impressed with the same day service and repair of my appliance and will always call them in the future for any repairs i may need.

Washer wouldn't drain or spin. Called to have it looked at but since it was built in the 90's, they didn't want to mess with it. Called another repairman who told me what the problem was and I was able to fix it myself in 5 minutes. I would not recommend this company.

wow they are fast i called sears and they told me 3 weeks this company came out same day and even had the parts with them to fix my washer i would highly recommend this company

they came out when they said they would (thats rare) and they fixed my appliance same day he even had the parts with him and he was verry helpfull, told him my dryer was takeing to long to dry and he fixed it free of charge i would highley recommend this company
