Ok. Started the day great. Called USAA this morning to set up a full price tow from Mesquite, NV to St. George, UT., 41 total miles according to the Google Maps Nav.
1136 am, ended my phone call with recovery with a quote, (paid) and a time for pickup, 2 hours.
1144 am, called by tow company, already needing 2 more hours for pickup,, 4 hours until pickup now. 1544, still no show or call from service.
1617, (30 minutes after initial pickup scheduled) service finally calls telling me they need 1 more hour
1730, service finally shows up. Personal truck & trailer.
1806, delivery to shop in St. George final.

I will never use Mesquite Towing Company LLC again. I know they are the only tow in town. They shouldn't keep a customer that already paid for service wait 5 hours to do a 45 minute job. They should have cancelled service refund the money. I could have ordered a truck from St. George to do the job. Would have saved my day.

I found them to be a thief

He over charged me for parts and services he is dishonest and tries to take advantage of women that have no expire nice with car repair issues. Stay away from this place work is sub standard
