Provided by YP.comSignificantly disappointed. Lack of communication. Promised that the same cleaning individuals would show each visit or the local manager Jade would call before - she didn’t. 4 hours late, which may seem insignificant except we have a newborn. No communication about the delay. House remained dirty after cleanings, cost was roughly 4x other services. Was forced to pay 350.00 to cancel even though the promises made were never kept. A lot of “I’m sorry’s” but we’re still going to charge you.
700.00 initial cleaning fee.
Significantly overpriced and promises not kept.
