Stay far awa from this company. They give low rates to rope you in but thenraise them every time you renew the policy. They give no good reason for it and act as if its an inconvieance to deal with the customer. I spent an entire day trying to figure this out and am at the end of the rope. BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!

Just recently , my 2007 car was stolen from out frnt parking lot & not recovered for 8 days. Damaged but running. The 1st Est. Body Shop guy was ready 2 Declare Total Loss at repairs $16K Ridiculous! Thank God my Mercury Adjuster Dior Saved not only my car but a ton $$ No Salvage Title And they quickly Paid 4 All repairs, btw repair total 6k) rental car, 20 days too (nice) ! No Troubles whatsoever w/Mercury . U may get transferd /talk 2 other Adj/employ depending on situation/days off But they were All Friendly, Helpful, Quick & the Best Ever. Thanks!

This is the most unprofesional company I have EVER delt with on any plan. Mark Holwer was my ajuster. He did not return phone calls. Talked to me like I was stupid. Wanted to know why my boyfriend wasn't making the claim as if a woman was not capable. It has been WEEKS and still have not fixed my car.
