We first heard of MedPro Disposal a little over four years ago when my boss asked me search for a new medical waste disposal company because the provider we had been with since our practice opened had just increased their prices again. When I spoke with our sales rep John Kioussis, I thought there was no way we were talking about the same service. Well, it turned out that the biohazard waste disposal service was identical in terms of the frequency and boxes removed, plus we got access to compliance training, all for $300 less per month! My doctor couldn't believe it and in the time we have been with MedPro, we've saved nearly $15,000 compared to had we stayed with the company we were using. We've been tremendously happy with the service and if I ever have any questions or need to speak with someone at the company, I can just pick up the phone and dial. I never have to wait on hold or hope that someone will get back to me. We couldn't be happier with MedPro Disposal!
