Fact: Hired MDJ to construct walkway & patio on Jun. 30 – July 4; patio began to crack on July 19.
Fact: Luis Ramirez of MDJ agreed to fix patio, sealer issue on Aug. 15 but has not shown up or responded
Fact: Address listed & on contract is an empty home; MDJ is not addressed, registered, licensed anywhere
Fact: Luis Ramirez also operates Stamp Concrete Pros.net also not addressed, registered, licensed
Fact: Luis Ramirez of MDJ was contacted via letter & phone by NC Attorney General & BBB but has refused to respond to complaints.
