I've been coming here since I've had my first car, and despite checking out other places, I always come back here. the best customers get the best customer service ;)

Took my vehicle in to replace front break pads and it came back with a big leak in the rear brake line, and now my brakes don't work at all! I remained relatively calm considering the situation, yet they were the ones getting defensive, rude, and combative. They wanted to charge an extra $300 to repair the brake line (claimed 6 hrs in labor), which they might have been responsible for in the first place, although difficult to prove. This combined with their bad attitude, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Be careful dealing with these guys.
