Contacted McKee in May for a driveway replacement as well as addition making my current driveway a 3 car plus extension. Jerry McKee was very professional on the phone and came out while I was at work and looked at my project. I had to wait on the HOA to approve and when finally done I signed contract on June 5th. I was told my project would be done on June 18th. That day came and went. No call. I called and spoke with the scheduler who said the weather was causing delays and they would call when they were coming out. A week or so later I called and spoke with Jerry again and explained I was being strung along and he became very defensive and asked to meet me at the residence. I met him and was told the ground was too wet for his machines and they would call me to schedule. It is now August 21, almost 3 months later and I have NEVER been contacted. I called today and asked to speak with Jerry, he was busy, lady asked if she could help. I began to explain myself and she said it was me you talked too. Before I could say anything she started in about the weather. Come on! Three months to do a driveway!?!?!?!?!

Fortunately for me I got tired of waiting on their poor service and had another company do the job in July. She was not sympathetic at all, no apologies or anything just a "so you want me to take you off the list then?"

If you want work done quickly go elsewhere. I can't comment on the quality of the work because they never showed up!

McKee paving just completed the installation of our new drive. What a wonderful company! Steve met us and gave us an estimate on that visit for 700 sq. yds. installed. It was in the ballpark of other bids I received. I can't say enough about the installation crew. They were very professional and skilled at their trade. They kept up a dialogue with me during the job, offering suggestions and getting feedback. It is a winding drive with with slopes, and I was concerned about drainage since it connects with both our house and our barn. I am amazed how well they managed the water runoff! All in all, this is a company that gave me a high quality product at a competitive price, and I would recommend them highly.
