extremely poor service

Early last year we signed a contract with mcguinn for tree trimming and bore ash treatment. They did bore ash treatment but as of july they were no show for trimming, with the excuse they were really busy & had no equipment in the area. We live across the street! In sept they came and cut down a portion of a tree the had fallen in a storm and said they would be back to remove the tree and asked my husband for $100.00 for their aggravation. It is feb 2015 and they still never contacted us about tree removal The tree is gone but not by them FYI they never found any equipment to trim all the other trees. This isn't the service from some employee,it is THE OWNER HIMSELF.
