My mom was telling me she got her carpet cleaned by McCalls last Monday. She recommended them to me. When the carpet guy came, he was so nice and did an incredible job. I like the type of company like this, who knows how to treat the customer right. I tried another company but they didnt do as good as a job as McCalls so I'm sticking with McCalls Carpet Cleaning!! I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Notably good service experience

I just had my carpets cleaned by McCall's Carpet Cleaning. My appointment was scheduled between 9:00 and 9:30 am. The clock struck 9:00 and my doorbell rang. I was amazed at the promptness! Andrew was very pleasant. We discussed any problem areas before he started cleaning and he was very upfront about expecatations. My carpet looks and FEELS incredible. My house feels like new again, so I'm very pleased. My initial interaction with Andrew was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
