Zero stars for this company. They sign contracts with home owners associations for stupid rules and tow your vehicle even if you have never even heard of the rules before. No signs posted! We are staying in the Cyrstal Cove neighborhood for a vacation. We woke up yesterday morning to go to Disney World and the car was gone from the driveway. Of course they come at 2 am when everyone is asleep and give no warning at all. We called the police to report the car as stolen, but they told us Massive Towing had towed it. So I called Massive to ask why they had towed our car when it was parked in the driveway that we were renting. They said it was towed because it was hanging out onto the side walk a little bit. In other words, we didn't pull up into the driveway enough. As renters who have only been here a few days, we knew NOTHING about this stupid rule and are very angry that these kinds of crooked deals are made. Massive is party to it only to collect a fee. They were rude and unhelpful.

These people like signing contracts with Leasing companys and towing cars just to collect a fee. These bums will get theres! Anyone who sees one of there trucks, flick em off they deserve it.

no one answers the phone. this is a business ran by 12 year olds. if you are looking for professionals do not call these kids. there are many professional towing companies in orlando that will satisfy your needs
