My sons motorcycle was towed by this company we have pictures of it on the wrecker no scratches or dents. Went to pick it up and the right side of the gas tank is smashed the pegs are turned into the motor where they dropped the motorcycle they were shown before it was pulled off their lot now they are avoiding all calls i would not recommend this company to anyone

Horrible service. Driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to complain about the service the manager was just as rude. Would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. Horrible people.

Just not your average wrecker service.

Zero Stars is what they deserve... Never use them. Customer Service Representatives are completely rude have no manners. The estimated time of arrival was pushed back 4 times. They where suppose to be at the car by 530 and did not show up until past 8pm and then did not get to the drop off destination until 10pm!!! Are you serious, I understand issues happen but the customer service reps did not even want to work with me on advising me of the situation. Half the time they were just hanging up on me or interrupting my questions. I will be calling the owner.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I was extremely disappointed in their services. Not only was their estimated arrival time pushed back 3 times with no explanation, but their employees with whom I spoke on the phone to were EXTREMELY rude and very unhelpful in every way. I would not recommend for anyone to use their services ever. When you're having car trouble it's never a good day, so there's no reason to call Martin's Towing to make that day even worse.
