Mark never showed up on time. The installation of the air handler was botched. He had to expand the attic entry to install the air handler. He left the attic entry unfinished so it looks like hell. We'll have to pay someone more money to repair the ceiling .

He also failed to deliver the paperwork for the AC unit and air handler.

We tried calling him several times and the call goes right to voice mail. He's nowhere to be found.

Do not use this company for anything other than bad customer service. We filed a complaints with the BBB and The Arizona Attorney General.

update****6-30-12****once again marks ac service to the rescue again. AC acted up again but as ususal Marks AC service did their magic again. they kept me updated on a time frame they would show up and fixed only what needed to get fixed and 85.00 dollars later we were cool again. I will dread having to use anyone else especially these others I have dealt with before I found Marks Ac service, who say they'll come out anytime but charge extra just to diagnose the problem and end up finding everything you can think of wrong with the AC. Thanks again Marks AC for another upfront and honest repair.



6-20-11...great service and an honest up front repair cost. this is my second time using marks ac and will be the only ac repair I ever use. My first experience was first rate and they did not overcharge or try to reccomend unneeded repairs and saved me over 300-400 over other ac quotes. This time around I did not even think to call anyone else and I was treated with the same courteous and honest service I recieved the first time. The tech had my ac unit up and runnuing in an hour..thanks marks ac, you made me a believer and a lifelong customer again..

I called today to have someone come look at my furnace. Mark personally answered the phone and was at my house 30 minutes later. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes, and, most importantly, he did not try to sell me anything I did not need (meaning he did not try to rip me off). He was prompt, courteous and honest. I would very highly recommend.

Hi Mark, You may/may not remember me. You replaced an exhaust fan on our a/c unit 2 summers ago or so. I met you in the a/c parts store around 19th ave/Hatcher.

Recently, my AC went out. I was recommended to Mark's AC by someone who has used him in the past. Mark came right out, diagnosed the problem, which by the way, was caused by a previous company putting in the wrong size fan, did some additional work to get it working at its best all for a great price. I am sure another, less reputable company would have had me getting a whole new unit, costing me a heck of alot more money. Another plus, is that Mark explained everything in a manner that I understood. Nice guy and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

I called Mark at 5 this evening after coming home to a house that was 87 degrees. He was here in less than an hour and got our ac fixed within 20 min!! Best service we have ever had and very informative! He is going to be our go to ac man along with anyone else who ever needs help! 5 stars for sure!!

Thank you easton I called Mark's AC & Heating it was like 4 p.m and i spoke to easton told him my ac went out and he told me he could be at my house between 6:30 and 7...He was there for about a half hour and was done....Thank you for the quick service i will let all my friends know how great you guys are....

Mark saved us! Our AC went out 4 July weekend, Mark was out shortly after I called him and got us up and running. The sellers of our house installed an AC and furnace unit as part of our sale but they installed them incorrectly, Mark was able to repair their shoddy work. Thanks Mark!

If you are looking for an honest, responsible person that you can trust and knows what they are doing when it comes to A/C's....mark is your guy!

After dealing with a previous AC dealer who put in the wrong motor , then told us that we needed a whole new system....we found Mark! He came right out, fixed the situation that day by putting in a new motor...and saved us from wasting lots of money on a whole new system! Go to Mark...don't call anyone else....you will be glad you did!

I have used Mark's A/C and Heating Service twice and have been happy both times. Mark has shown up when he said and completed the work fast. Mark figured out what was wrong and quoted me a fair price and did not add extra charges after the work was completed. I will use Mark's company in the future.

We were headed out of town when our tenant called to let us know that his AC was out. I called Mark's AC and asked if they could come that same day. He was able to get there that day, had all the parts in his truck and was extremely reasonable (two years ago we paid an AC company twice as much to replace the same part in our house). We will use him if our AC goes out again in our house. Also, very professional, personable and honest. I highly recommend them for any AC repair.

I had a problem with my air conditioning in March 2011. I called Mark because of the good reviews and asked him to repair the unit. He came and looked at it and fixed it quickly and then went over the unit as it is an old one and tuned it up. I am very impressed with Mark's service and reasonable prices, he discussed all the items with me thoroughly and I never felt he was rushing the job. Mark is a great customer service guy who displays patience under adverse conditions. (I have a background in this type of work)

I highly recommend Mark's AC & Heating Service! Our AC went out the weekend of 4th of July when it was a 115+ degrees outside. We called around and couldn't find anyone available (other than the 24-7 big businesses who charge a bundle just for coming out). Finally we researched a bit and came across Mark's AC & Heating, so we gave them a call. They were able to squeeze us in ON 4th of July. He was on the roof of our condo for hours in the heat of the day trying to get our AC back up in running. A fuse had blown and the motor was on its last leg. Unfortunately, they had to special order a motor that was very specific to our AC. He was able to get it the next day, and he returned to install everything. They were extremely fair and only charged us for a portion of the actual hours he spent working on our roof. Not only did they respond on a holiday weekend in a timely manner, but they saw the job through and did a great job at a very resonible price. We have referred them to the management of our condo complex, who is discouraged by the current "big business" AC & heating company they currently use.

Great service provided! Called back right away and arrived within the hour on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for better service! Customer service was excellent and the repair was super quick. Pricing was right on - not overcharged at all. We can't thank you enough! Have a great 4th!

After calling them at 2:30 PM on a Friday, they said they'd be out by 6. I asked them to call but the wires were crossed by accident, and they left me a note on the door. After calling them to ask when they'd be by, I got hourly to hourly and a half updates on when they'd be by after taking care of the customers they already had scheduled.



At 10 PM at night... note, TEN PM, on a that day call, the gentleman taking the call showed up with no grump nor gripe. After an hour and a half of taking care of everything mechanical he found, he still took the time to come inside and make sure the machinery was doing what it was supposed to.



He made the equipment he had with him work, he made sure I was completely happy with the service, and he made sure my equipment worked. I can't say enough about the customer service of this company.



Did I mention this was the friday before fourth of July weekend that I got this level of service? They're a hair pricier (about 5%, worth it to me) then some of the other folks I called, but I got same day server come hell or high water, and I got professional and perfect service.



Any day, any week, that someone needs AC service, they're in my phone. I will recommend this company and their employees to anyone who asks.

Marc was a great help. I had very bad leakage in my air conditioning unit at my condo. He spoke to me for almost 10 minutes giving me as much information as possible and an estimate before he even came out. He was very helpful and respectful towards me and I really appreciate his honesty and hard work. Marc came out the same day I called with my problem and my air is working like normal. He was very helpful and did an outstanding job.

I called Mark in near panic at 6:30 pm the other night when I realized my A/C had gone out and the inside temp in my house was rising quickly.



Mark was there within about an hour and was able to get the unit fixed promptly and at a great price. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, he is a straight talker who doesn't give you the runaround and the best part is that my A/C unit is working to perfection.



I won't call anyone else ever again for my A/C or heating repairs. Highly recommended.
