Marathon Towing

On 6-26-14 9:00pm my daughter in law and 5 month old grandson broke down on a dark but busy stretch of road. Marathon was sent by the auto club.The driver was very rude and seemed put out by this call.We were told that the dealership was to far to tow too (15) miles and the driver was angry that the transferring 0f the car seat was taking so long. My family's safety was cast aside {clear the area} When the car was put in the parking lot at the apartment complex I was called STUPID. when asked if this is how he treats all of his costumers I was informed "YOUR NOT THE COSTUMER". I guess the auto club is . the driver on 6-26-14 {didn't get his name} needs to find a job that doesn't require common courtesy .NOTE TO MARATHON the driver and ALL of its passengers are the costumers {a bad reputation is never good for business}

I only rated 1 star because i had to. Sorry to write a bad review about your company marathon towing, but your driver Ricardo was rude when he arrived. I was told an hour and he came in an hour and a half. I didn't even complain about that, I was just glad he arrived. Then we asked him to move the truck so it was at the end of the drive way he wouldn't do it he has us get on top of your truck and put it in neutral and push it back. your company got paid 125 to tow the car. I don't understand why your driver was so diffcult. He has no customer service skill at all. We will never use this company again.
