DO NOT BUY FROM MAIDEN CREEK go with Kasper TV and Appliance. They are an honest dealership to work with. We recently priced dishwashers through all the box stores and local appliance stores. Kasper was 35. more than only one competitor and its not Maiden Creek. However the other appliance store charged substantially more for service calls. Kasper also helped us prove a fact to the manufacturer, KitchenAid, the manufacturer is sending us some money towards the new KitchenAid dishwasher we purchased. See Maiden Creek, who we had purchased all of our appliances from for our kitchen and Laundry had a service man out to repair our dishwasher and completely misdiagnosed the issue which in turn resulted in KitchenAid not repairing our dishwasher for free. Turns out his misdiagnosis was so bad we didn’t even need a new dishwasher our old one could have been fixed. Kasper was honest and pointed out, when asked that the dishwasher could have been repaired. Since we had already ordered the dishwasher we did the right thing by Kasper and had it installed. However, our calls went unreturned for days from the owner at Maiden Creek. I would never buy from Maiden Creek. Stick with an honest company like Kasper. Oh and don't bother on pricing with Maiden Creek either because they told me that the profit margin on appliances isn't what it used to be and talking to the owner Kim is a waste of your time she doesn't care about her customers. So which appliance store would you rather buy from: A place that would fix a 10 year old dishwasher for $200.00 or a place that tells you that you have to buy a new one for 1100.00, refuses to own up to a mistake or rectify the situation and charges 200.00 more for a dishwasher or one who is honest and can fix your dishwasher for 200.00 If you prefer to be ripped off and lied to then go with Maiden Creek. Otherwise if you prefer honesty and a reputable company than go with Kasper . Oh and if there was a zero rating then that is the rating I would have given Maiden Creek
