Provided by YP.comI've had several different cleaning services the past 10 years. I just could not find anyone to meet my satisfaction.
I've never thought I was a difficult person to please, but I guess I am. I was told so by all those past cleaning crews, until I met Maid Brigade a year ago. When I first met with Al (the owner), I explained to him what and how I would like to have certain things done. When I came home after the first cleaning service, I was PLEASED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME!! It's been a year since they started cleaning my house and let me tell you, they are good!! They make sure to leave an evaluation card after each service and if I make a note about something, it is taken care of next time.
I highly recommend Maid Brigade for your house cleaning!

Provided by YP.comI asked Maid Brigade to clean my single family home and was very pleased. The maids arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail. Every mirror and glass surface was sparkling, and the stove and hood had never been so clean. The owner even dropped by unexpectedly to ensure I was satisfied. I consider myself to be a picky consumer, and Maid Brigade passed my test.

Provided by YP.comMaid Brigade cleans my house weekly. They do an excellent job. I expecially appreciate that they are environmentally green, and do not use any harsh chemicals since I have a young son with asthma. My house smells clean, not soapy when I come home. I have used many cleaning services over the years, and they are the best. They are fast and thorough.

Provided by YP.comI strongly feel that this company will not last. I sat down with the owner and we both agreed to the time and dates the teams would come to my house to clean. It was confirmed to be every other Friday morning. The first time they cleaned for me, somethings were missing when they left, and I still can't find. Then when they were scheduled to clean my home for a second time, they were late. The vacuum wasn't working well . The tile in the kitchen was not cleaned, nor the guest bathroom. Just an overall poor job. Then excpecting the team a third time, they just did not show up. No call the day before to confim. They were scheduled to be by my home by 10:00 a.m. and I didn't receive a call until 1:00 p.m. A young girl who simply stated the team will be by your home in1/2 hour. I stated, no. They were scheduled to be at my home at 10:00 a.m. and no courtesy call was made. They just left me waiting at home. Then the young girl who called had the audacisity to say, " Your not one of our PRIORITY homes". So they just moved our prearranged time with out contacting me. So RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner makes promises that his two teams cannot meet. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF THIS CLEANING SERVICE AND STONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
This is a rare unhappy client who had expectations that we would clean her very messy and cluttered apartment for a very low price. I feel bad that she was so unhappy, but as the owner, I was always respectful towards her, as was my staff. She wanted us at 10am on the busiest cleaning day of the week. The mistake that I made was as a new company to offer to clean her two bedroom apartment for the price that she wanted--only $40, rather than a price that covered the costs of using bonded and insured maids. Since I was new with my maid company, I offered to take on the job to keep the maids busy and employed. As we grew I was happy to honor that price but did ask her to change her time to an afternoon time. She was not employed, so this did not seem like an unreasonable request. She insisted on that time and day, and thus our relationship ended. The "missing item" was a pair of tweezers which she claimed were worth $40. She failed to state in her review that we paid her that amount without question. She never mentioned that she was unhappy with the quality of the work, and in fact she enjoyed talking with the maids, especially Olga. We were always very cordial and polite to her but there are some people that can never be pleased. We are now growing very rapidly and have over 70 regular homes with no cancellations due to quality. We leave quality cards after every cleaning and would be happy to share those ratings with any client. They are posted in our office. Our clients are very satisfied. Please call the office for references on our cleaning. We are the best cleaning company so call and give us a try. You will be very happy.
