The best of the best thanks Magical Moments for the best service ever. We got the bounce house and ponies. The bounce was on time and clean and the ponies were very nice with the kids very friendly. Thanks again.

Magical Moments, provided exactly that for my daughter. They helped create many magical moments for her, her friends and her family. The delivery and pick up staff were on time, fast and friendly. I spoke with Ashley a couple of times on the phone and she was also very friendly and very helpful. 5 starts for Magical Moments!!

From start to finish magical moments made it a breeze in making my party magical! They were very affordable, on time and did not give me a hassle about anything. I've used other party rentals in the past and it's been a nightmare! For the past 5years i've been using magical moments and I will be a lifetime customer!

Worst petting zoo I have ever seen. First they were an hour late to my party, then they didn't speak English. They brought 10 animal and put them in a 6x6, tiny pen that the animal could barely move in. The animals were dirty, and I was told they were supposed to be bathed before each party. The pen that housed the animals was held together with zip ties, and they didn't want kids in with the animals, just to reach over the side to pet the animals. My two year old son loves animals, and I was really excited to have this petting zoo at his birthday, but this one was such a disappointment. I called and spoke with the owner, Yeddy, and she was very rude with me on the phone. Bad business, horrible petting zoo. I just don't want anyone else to be fooled by their online pictures that were nothing like what I got when I rented from them.

Very unprofessional and terrible service. They sent one person with ten animals and he was intoxicated. His animals ran away in our subdivision and he just stood on his cell phone without taking any action. My guests had to catch the animals for him. Following this incident, which ruined our party, the business still had the audacity to charge our credit card and refused till this day to give us a refund. We have the whole thing on video and will be on Youtube under Magical Moments
