My father and I had a metal roof put on his home prior to his dead. However, he complained that there was a section that was not done properly. I contacted the contact person Troy who promised to come and correct the problem. Needless to say that never happened. I tried to contact Troy on many occasions and he refused to answer my calls. I now have to pay additional money to get my roof fixed. I would have like to resolve this prior to contacting anyone else. It is truly unfortunately that people sometimes do not hold up to their end of a bargain. Troy did the job for my father without hesitation, I drove all the way down to North Carolina to hand his money cash. He had no problems meeting me then, but promised to come out and fix whatever problem that existed. But here again, no show, no return calls and he outright refused to answer any of my calls. What can we say about that. Poor business on his part and I hope he's not the one that support this company moral and values. Last but not least, my dear beloved dad; always said your word is your bond.
