Hired this "company" to come clean my house last week. Using a coupon from Value News. One Maggie arrived. She had a bad attitude from the beginning claiming that asking her to clean the house was not sufficient enough instructions. I am disabled and had to lead her from room to room to specifically show her which pieces of furniture needed dusting, short answer all of them. She then claimed she could not possible clean my one bedroom, one and half baths and small living, dining nook and kitchen in two hours. I explained that other companies had done so. She claimed I had mildew on top of mildew in my bathtub that would require acid. I have no mildew in my tub and I am not sure where acid falls into house cleaning at all much less from a company that claims to use natural products. When I again insisted she do the general cleaning in the agreed upon time period she became hostile, abusive and walked out leaving me high and dry. When I tried to call the owner of the "company" the only person answering or returning calls is the aforementioned Maggie so I suspect there is in fact no company at all and therefore calls into question whether she is indeed licensed and bonded as the website states. I would highly recommend you steer a wide berth around this unstable and unprofessional woman!
