I went in full a full exam. I said the left lense seemed good, but that I felt that the right one needed increased. He actually went ahead and decreased both my lenses and also tried to take my bi-focals down from 2.50 to 2.00. He said he would not but he did. I had to go to another dr in his office to get that changed. I got the glasses filled at Eye Mart next door and I could see nothing. I decided something was really wrong, so I went to another dr in Tulsa and sure enough, my RX needed to be increased with the bi-focal at 2.50! Dr. Loving checked me for glaucoma and said my pressures were normal. However, the next dr said my pressures were as high as 24. 10-20 being normal. He did a specialized test and said I either had glaucoma or ocular hypertension, and that I had bilateral cataracts. I went back to Dr. Loving and reported this and he said the cataracts were mild. As a nurse, I know that should have been told to me and documented. Also, I asked him to put me back on his glaucoma machine to see if his machine was broken, and he refused. I am reporting this to every official I can. I also, went 500 miles away and got a 3rd opinion. I found out I have ocular hypertension. And that my lenses needed to be at 2.50 for bifocals and the lenses needed increased as the 2nd dr said. And that I have bilateral cataracts. So this proves Dr. Loving was negligent in his care towards me.

Great caring staff and all the Drs are great. They go above and beyond the usual eye places. Believe me I saw them so many times in a couple months because of an eye infection. They cared about me getting all of my eyesight back when I had given up.

I loved this office. I was abl...

I loved this office. I was able to see the doctor without waiting for an hour. I am so happy that I finally found a good eye doctor that has good glasses with decent prices and doesn't make you wait FOREVER!! I would highly recommend going to see him to anyone. Everyone that was in the office was so nice and didn't just get me to buy the most expensive pair of glasses. They actually helped me find a pair I could afford and that LOOKED GOOD!
