I have no experience because they have never shown up for an estimate....I have called 3 times and each time they said they would be out in 3-5 days...never showed...why would I choose them to do my job?....

The service was fantastic! I highly recommend this group. They were well-staffed, well-equipped and prompt. They were professional, friendly, and a good price.

If this is the Tree Service who's address is 440 Cumberland Ln, here is my comment for them.#1, they never kept their promise for any scheduled time, including meeting with customer for the discussion of the service.#2, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP on the scheduled service day, and without any phone call to explain why they could not show up.#3, They never contacted us when they could not show up. We had to call them after delayed for hours. They said "Yes, we are coming..", then we waited, and called them again. Finally, someone showed up but it was already 7 hours late.This Lopez Tree Service is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.

Horrible business and customer service. Make promises and never follow through. Kept getting calls for other people and my phone was blowing up with three different people from their company advising me of other services completed for other people. Rude and had to give my information multiple times and did not end up going through this company. Was advised by owner that if I didn't want all these calls I shouldn't have given them my number? I gave them my number and information to complete a job, which they gave me a timeframe, missed that timeframe, and took 5 days longer than expected to give me a quote. The quote was so high and unreasonable. Find another service provider, these people do not want or deserve your business!

Service was done on time & very affordable. Crew & owner were very pleasant & left my property like no tree was ever there. Will definitely recommend them!

Saw them trimming trees at my neighbors and asked them to give me an estimate to cut branches off a Birch tree, over the roof. It was the best that I got and they did an awesome job. They neatly cut branches off and trimmed the tree beatifully. They cleaned and disposed everything too. I will definitely recommend them

Team of 4 were sent out to take down a 40 foot pine. Whole job with stump removal took about and hour and a half. They did a wonderful job on the clean up. From my 1st call I had a reasonable and affordable quote and the tree down in under 18 hours. They even cut off a few small rings for my kids. Very Happy with the service.
