Extremely impressed.
After reading the positive reviews, I decided to call Mr. Ian Hicks. When I explained to him that the A/C unit was almost flooding our livingroom, he immediately fit us into his schedule; they showed up right away, immediately knew the issue and fixed it very quickly.

Calling this company was the BEST decision I've made in a long time because they helped me avoid a huge and very expensive disaster at our home.

There's plenty of other companies that would have taken advantage of this A/C emergency. However, Mr. Hicks, his Staff and his company are VERY honest, very reasonable and very professional.
