Doesn't even deserve one star! Came to "fix" my oil furnace and spilled oil everywhere and now I can't get the smell out of my house. And it's still broken! Waste of money!

no experience at all a real plumber does not come to your house just someone who says he is a plumber but has no real training

Had these guys come out to look at my hot water heater. The technician was a real jerk. They tried charging me for a bunch of stuff i didnt need and told me i needed a new hot water heater. Wanted me to pay $800 out of pocket on top of what they were gonna charge my warranty company. Had another plumber come out and the problem was fixed in a half hour for $100. Dont trust these guys at all

I had to buy a new oven at the last minute, three days before Thanksgiving (cooking for 25 guests). I could not have chosen a better vendor. Long Lane is competent, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time, did a great job, and now I have an excellent new stove/oven. I would use Long Lane again, and I would recommend them to anyone with major appliance or HVAC needs. Great company, great people.

Great customer service and technician was fast and fixed my fridge first time with a reasonable cost. Sears was going to take 5 days to come out - I stopped in Long Lane in the morning and they were at my house early afternoon. Just ordered a washer and dryer with them. Was willing to pay a little more to support a local small business with great service but didn't need to - their price was $310 LESS for my set than the sale price at Sears!
