Long Distance Towing

Was told the towing was $125.00, got a receipt stating that but then was charged $135 on my credit card statement. When i called I was informed by Wendy that the extra ten dollars is a credit card convenience charge. I told her that its not real fair that no one informed us about that and its not listed anywhere on the receipt. She said that she has gone through this a few times and I can have my insurance company call her to confirm so i can get proper reimbursement. Well i have already turned it in....i suggested she have it printed on the receipt, for future clients.
