I was waiting for Lone Star to call after AAA arranged a pick-up. I missed their call because my phone had silenced the call. A minute after they called, I called them back. The guy was rude, saying he had called 3 times (he had called once) then as I was confirming the information he was short with me saying he had all the info. An hour later, I called to confirm the car had been picked up but it had not. During this second conversation, a different guy insisted the car had been picked up because he was on location, that it must be on it's way, that I should be patient because they were very busy with lots of calls, (etc., etc.), and he was in the middle of loading a vehicle along a busy highway and would let me know. Two different stories in one conversation. I finally had to call the location to ask them. These guys were rude, treated me like I was the least important item on their agenda, and contradicted themselves making up stories as they went along. I will never allow AAA to call these guys for me again. As one other person stated, AAA needs to take them off their list!

At 4:30 in the morning with freezing temperatures these idiots refused to pick up my seventy-five-year-old stepfather when he was stranded 30 miles outside of El Paso by himself. He almost to accept it to hypothermia because this idiot driver would not pick him up when he told him what mile marker he was at. His excuse was he doesn't like Towing duallies. This company needs to be pulled off AAA's rotation

These guys tore off my door handle and then jerked me around on repairing this for over a month. Will have to collect from small claims court. Stay away!

Horrible service. Tow driver couldn't or wouldn't tow my truck. Had the wrong truck and left me stranded at midnight on loop 375. Stay away from these guys. Highly incompetent.

Horrible service, the guy tore off my bumper with the tow cable. Then told us that it was already damaged when we saw it right in front of us. He still charged us 50 then after and said he only took cash? So he told is to go to an ATM and then had no change so we had to go to the gas station and buy something to give him the correct change. Super unprofessional! I would advise to use someone else!

I HAD A MY TRUCK TAKING IN FOR BRAKE SERVICE, I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BRAKE PEDAL BEING TO LOW. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE A LOOK AT IT FOR FREE, YES AT THAT TIME THEY WERE VERY FAST AT LOOKING AT THE TRUCK AND TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY MASTER CILYNDER WAS THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, THE GUY SAID THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED, SO IM LIKE THATS FINE HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE, HE SAID THAT AT AUTOZONE OR ANY OF ITS COMPETIORS THE PART COST 68.99, AND THAT THEY MAKE NO MONEY ON PART,TURNS OUT THE PARTS ONLY 19.99, WHEN ASK WHY I WAS BEING CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE PARTS, HE SAID I WAS LOOKING AT THE WRONG ONE, SO I BOUGHT IT AND COMPARED IT AND IT IS THE EXACT SAME PART NUMBER SAME VENDOR SAME EVERTHING, SO I9M LIKE WHATEVER THEN JUST CHANGE IT OUT. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE MY TRUCK BACK THAT SAME DAY, THAT TO WAS A LIE IT WASNT UNTILL THE NEXT DAY LATE AFTERNOON WHEN I HAD TO CALL AND CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TRUCK, HE SAID IT WAS 100% READY TO GO, nOPE AS SOON AS I PULLED OUT OF THE DRIVE WAY THE SAME PROBLEM, PEDAL WOULD GO ALL THE WAY DOWN, TOOK IT BACK GUY SAID THATS THE WAY THE TRUCK IS, HIS EXACT WORDS WERE " yOU HAVE TO PUMP THE BRAKE LIKE 3-4 TIMES SO IT CAN GET" UNACCEPTABLE I SAID. AFTER HE AGREED TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO RE BLEED THE BRAKES AGAIN, THE NEXT DAY HE SAID IT WAS THE MASTER CILYENDER WAS DEFECTIVE, 2 DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO CHECK THE STAUS OF THE TRUCK HE SAID IT WAS ALL FIXED NOW. AGIAN DRIVING OUT OF THERE SAME PROBLEM, AND I JJUST DROVE OFF PISSED, I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN EVERYONE SHOULD BEWARE OF THEM THERE PRICES AND WORK, I THINK I KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW A BRAKE SYSTEM WORKS THEN THEY DO!!!!
