The worst service in my life!



Picked vehicle up without screws in the dash, and then mechanical repair manager claimed they did not remove the dashboard when they were asked to check switch connection "Behind the dash".



Writing a letter to "Mother" of manager who is the owner and will report to Better Business Bureau.

I was involved in an auto accident and months later , when trying to use my A/C, my car would overheat and shut off. The insurance company took my car into numerous places and the problem wasnt fixed. I took my vehicle into London Bridge and not only was my car fixed, but the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and the owner even personally drove me to the insurance office to get a rental set up. I didnt have to do any of the work, the staff at London bridge did all the set up and communicating with my insurance company.

My left fender on my 2008 altima coupe was dented and I had to get estimates from different places. As a female, I definitely feel as though auto places try to take advantage of me, but this was not the case with LBMC. They were the cheapest estimate that I received after having visited Hall Nissan and Maaco. In fact, they were asking 35% less then Hall asked for. The people were are extremely nice and really made me feel welcome. LBMC completed it in 3 business days (which was the minimum time all the estimates gave), they had it all cleaned up, and I was ecstatic to see their work. They pulled out the dent (which was right on a very angled area) and there is absolutely no indication that the dent was ever there. I was nervous about the paint matching (black), but they nailed it. I couldn't have asked for a better fix. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
