Terrific information, Mr. Kent helped us to see what was serious and what was cosmetic. Our conserns were addressed in a professional and understandable manner. The report had great pictures to remind us of what we discussed. After we purchased the house we had a few addittional questions and Mr. Kent came back out to explain what would be the best approach at not charge. I recommend Mr. Kent Logical Inspections Inc highly. We are very happy with his service and the home that we purchased.

Mr.Kent was very accurate,knowledgeable, and explained everything in every aspect of inspection. He also responded within mins of me inquiring about job on a late weekend night! He was quick to recommend someone to come and look at problem areas for estimates and repairs! I'm definitely recommending him to anyone! His price was extremely fair and especially for how much effort he put forth! I am very pleased and advise you choose this company- I always call at least 6-9 companies before choosing who I feel is most knowledgable, affordable within reason, and personable. I also liked his website the best- it explained more about what is involved! Shows he takes pride in his company!
