I have a commercial business in whittier & own a 4plex apt on mulberry Dr. I was having problems with ants at my Sandwich Deli late on Fri in July 2012. I called the 800 number asked for service and was told a account Mgr. would call me. I recieved a call within 15min from a guy named augustine he said he could come out within a 1 hr and get me a quote for services he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of service. Augustine gave me a price and had a supervisor tech in the area come out and treat my ant problem. The service worked so well I signed up my 4plex and have had excellent service.

My wife and I thank Lloyd Pest Control for expeditiously picking up a dead cat, which had been run over in front of our condo. The young woman who picked up the cat was very pleasant and empathetic when speaking with my wife. If she is representative of all your employees, you are running an efficient and outstanding business.
